One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Credits and Payments

Free accounts receive 1,000 credits upon registration
Each audio file processed costs 1 credit
Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law
Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Process content that violates others' intellectual property rights
Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the credit system
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use automated tools to abuse the Service
Share or resell access to your account

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your audio content. By using the Service, you grant us no rights to your music. The Maxify Audio name, logo, and software are our intellectual property.

7. Privacy and Data

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability
